About Memphis Tennessee Health Department

Established in 1943, the Memphis Tennessee Health Department (MTHD) is dedicated to promoting and protecting the health and well-being of the Memphis community. The department's mission is to prevent disease and injury, promote healthy behaviors, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for all residents. Services Offered

Public Health Services
